I walk and swim when I can. Love riding horses (I'm a novice but really enjoy it.) I'm not in perfect shape. I'll be the first to admit that I'm far from it. Hey... I'm 51, not 21. And it takes a lot more maintenance to look my best. I always try, though.

I've also been around the block more than once which means I can smell BS when I read or hear it.
